Gunite Pool Construction
We handle the primary tasks associated with building your pool (take a look at our process).
From clearing and leveling the ground through filling and testing the water, we are involved at every step of the way. There is always an owner on the job, and we do all our own shotcrete work. We use sub-contractors only when they can do it better than we can—electricians and plumbers, plasterers, stonemasons and landscapers are all part of our partner team. We retain a small but loyal team of employees that are all cross-trained to ensure every piece of the puzzle is of the same quality and meets our high standards.
This is an example of the steps involved in building your pool. To see more pools we've built, take a look at our portfolio.
- Step 2:
Form and Dig Out Pool - Forms are constructed that outline the pool's footprint on three sides. The fourth side remains open so that the remainder of the pool's depth can be excavated. The shape of the pool's interior is then defined. Finally, the fourth wall is formed, completing the overall footprint of the pool.
